Summary	0010954: AM funnel essence only works when bolstered
Description	Reporter: blechkautz If I cast the ability (on a lvl 28 am) I get the message, that my "current level is too low to use this ability", but the ability is getting casted. If you try to cast it again while the ability on cd, it just says "your current level is too low...", and the counter when the ability is ready again disappears, so the hotbar shows like you could cast it again (which you can't). https://youtu.be/UGQYIDeYpms edit: when I'm bolstered, everything works fine
