Summary	0011508: Diminishing Rations
Description	Reporter: Scrilian Sometimes it works for the side who is actually sieging at the moment and not the defenders. Happened plenty of times to be noticeable. Probably related to initial claim to keeps being random when zone unlocks and DR assigned to the wrong faction. https://imgur.com/a/hmgu5 Lord is still alive, destro sieging keep and holding 1st floor with DR.
