Summary	0011607: Wrath of Hoeth [SM] Has no Weapon Modifier
Description	Reporter: Ramasee Expected behavior and actual behavior: Wrath of Hoeth receives no modifier from weapon dps. Gusting Winds and Pheonix Wing however do. They all receive modifiers from strength. Steps to reproduce the problem: You can simply equip two weapons of the same type with the same strength values but differing dps values and you will see no tooltip change. Then go hit the same mob a few times with each weapon to make sure it isn't just a tooltip display error.
