Expected behavior and actual behavior:
Crashing wave receives twice as much bonus from strength over every other instant cast ability for swordmaster. This includes other abilities that strike twice such as whispering winds and dragon's talon.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Equip weapons with the same dps but differing strength values, or two hats etc. The tooltip value will change at 0.6 * strength instead of 0.3 * strength. Attack same mob with ability to make sure it isn't just a tooltip error.
