Summary | 0011957: Flashfire consumed even if it didnt apply to spell | ||||
Description | Reporter: Cimbas *Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates.* Didnt find anything under Flashfire Expected behavior and actual behavior: When you slot the tactic flashfire you get a proc lasting 10 seconds that should reduce the cast time of the next spell. This proc is not consumed when you use instant casts. The issue is that it gets consumed everytime a spell with cast time completes. Even if the cast time reduction did not apply to the spell. This is the case if you're e.g. spamming fireball on someone. Due to the travel time you're already into your next spell before you get the flashfire proc if the target should disrupt. Which than gets immediately consumed at the completion of your current spell. You can see it at toward the end of the video a couple of times. Steps to reproduce the problem: Get a tank, let him hold the line while you shoot him with fireballs.
