Extended Battle tactic should 'increase the area of effect of Rune of Cleaving and Rune of Battle by 50%'

The following will use this scale:

**Without Extended Battle tactic**
Rune of Cleaving AoE range without tactic should hit targets 40 feet in front of you. the results are:

Rune of Cleaving hits from 8.4 units away which gives a 1 foot value of 8.4/40 = 0.21.

Rune of Battle without tactic should hit 'targets within 30 feet'. the results are:

Rune of Battle hits from 4.9 units away which gives a 1 foot value of 4.9/30 = 0.163. [there is an additional issue which means that 30 feet abilities seem to have a range that is too short]

**With Extended Battle tactic**
Rune of Cleaving AoE range with tactic should in theory hit targets 40 feet + 50% in front of you, so increasing the range to 60 feet or 60 * 0.21 = 12.6 units away. The results are:

A range of 12.4 units - almost spot on the predicted 12.6.

Rune of Battle AoE range with tactic should in theory hit targets 30 feet + 50% in front of you, so increasing the range to 45 feet or 45 * 0.21 = 9.45 units away (or using the bugged 30 feet range value of 1 foot = 0.163, 45 * 0.163 = 7.34 units away). The results are:

The range of Rune of Battle with the tactic slotted is the same as without the tactic slotted.

As the range of 30 feet abilities is already too short (RoB without tactic should hit from a distance of 6 of my units rather than 4.9), Rune of Battle with the Extended Battle tactic is doubly bugged and should actually be hitting from a distanced of 9 of my units.

That means that if 30 feet range abilities are adjusted to the correct range, Rune of Battle with the Extended Battle tactic should be hitting from the distance on the left rather than the distance on the right that it currently is:

So this bug still is up since a year.
