Expected behavior and actual behavior:
Chaos unleashed tactic (Havoc tree line) has the 10s cool down for tzeentch`s firestorm
said spell is now in the changing tree line and the tactic in that slot wild changing does not give the cool down
Move the cool down to the correct tactic in the correct tree line IE give wild changing the 10s cool down
