Summary	0013086: Rezzing is possible with instant rez tactics in fights with "Terror" debuff
Description	Reporter: rakels Wasn't able to find a report of this, sorry if there already is one. Like the title says: it is possible to rez people in boss fights with the Terror debuff, if the instant rez tactic (e.g. Dat makes me Dizzy) is equipped. Saw it in my last fight with "Barakus the Godslayer" in Bloodwrought Enclave. Will try to make a video in my next dungeon run.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 03:47 reporter ~0023664	Commenter: bosli42 There is a very tiny timeframe every 30 seconds or so, where the Terror debuff is off, gets reapplied or something, making it possible to use the insta rez when spamming it. AFAIK, I don't think it's really a problem because you have to really focus on spamming the rez, losing out on so much heal it's likely a wipe anyway.
