Commenter: kalmatar AFAIK, it stacking with Challenge is intended behaviour, as the problem was that people skipped the skill considering you'd rather just use Challenge and then use some other ability instead of DT+RT. Even then, the Raking Talon is a bit of a "meh" pick, considering other alternatives and its short duration + melee range area of effect. There were some SM changes done last August/September to ensure someone would spec Raking Talon in the first place, but obviously I could be wrong if there has been a change since then. |

Commenter: wargrimnir DT is an ability. Single Target, 4s cooldown. CS was a tactic, applied to any ability that could crit, including AOE. Significant difference. |
