Summary0013509: Saving UI Modifcation Windows stucked/bugged even after saving

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expectation: -The Windows fors aving UI modification shoud be **closed after saving**
Actual Behaviour: the windows **still looks appearing** and **don't closed** or it closed if we cancel saving.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
**Modificating U/ UI Management**, quitting it and saving modification

Can not reproduce that. It always closes on my client. Any other who can reproduce it?

Maybe doing ESC (to go the mthe menue when it appeared ask; dont know) i usuelly modify the UI then quit and save but it stay woth this windowswhen i dont click to cancel.

This has happened for my entire time that I've played on ROR. Mind you, I've never done a fresh install - I have been using my original WAR folder from live, so I figure there would be some random one-off issues like this.
