Summary	0015196: Black orc Mor choppin tactic effect time changed
Description	Reporter: acidicrain Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Only ONE issue in a report. Don't forget screens or a video. The tactic mor choppin now lasts only 10 seconds, was lasting 20 seconds. no mention in any patch or any clear reasoning for change. Expected behavior and actual behavior: when usingin tactic with waaag skill the waaaaaagh buff should last 20 seconds now lasts 10 seconds. ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:01 reporter ~0027921	Commenter: Scophis Found this in the patchnotes of 25/08/18 https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=28061&p=318227&hilit=waaaaaaagh#p318227 It says 10sec buff and 20sec cd for waaaaaaagh. Being able to keep this buff up constantly would make it "slightly" op^^ I'd guess the tooltip on the career-builder is wrong.
