The Zealot core tactic Blessing of Chaos should activate on critical heals as per tooltip, but it only does on critical direct heals. Needs either skill or tooltip fix.
Didn't test the lifetaps (Boon of Tzeentch, Transference).

This is a tooltip error - devs have previously confirmed it's direct only as per the wording on the Rune Priest's mirror. The wording on the tooltip just needs to be amended to include the word "direct".

I have tested with all heal skills today and it only triggers on the direct part, not any HoTs.
