**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**

A destruction warband completed the Elf CH22 hard PQ in Eataine at 22:40 UTC (approx) on 28th January 2020. The giant chest spawned but the UI did not update with any rolls. No bags were issued to any of the full warband who completed the PQ. I do not have screenshots of everyone in the warband but it was lead by Lutzgaroth.

Potential issue: when the rewards should've been generated the Kadrin Valley area was locked by Order. Many people received UI notifications for their rolls for participating in KV. Not sure if both PQs triggering at once caused the issue.

The bags from KV have been delivered via mail but nothing for the CH22 PQ.

The Rewards for the PQ only bug in my experience when we wipe at least once. If its a clean run it's never bugged for me. If its not clean at all, than it seems likely it might happen, especially in eataine for whatever reason. I was there during that run and took a screenshot of the completed pq with no bag roll earlier.
