Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** Some abilities like Get to da Choppa, you should do damage every 2 seconds of the channel. But as the skills has a "starting tick" and an "ending tick" of damage, if you cancel the skill immediately, you will have a double application of damage to each target you hit. There is a similar bug with items like blasting pots. Blasting pots don't stack, but they also have a 'starting' tick of damage and an 'ending' tick of damage. So you can theoretically stack blast pot burst damage in an area that will go off about 18 seconds later. If two people throw blast pots at an enemy at the same time, whoever threw first will be the only one to do damage for 18 seconds, but as soon as his blast pot duration ends, the one that was put down just after will become the active blast pot and get a double tick of damage, the starting tick of damage from it becoming the 'active' blast pot, and then the ending tick of damage. So in practice you would have 1 blast pot ticking by itself for 18 seconds, then you will have 3 almost instant ticks of damage at once (1 from ending tick of first blast pot, 1 from the starting tick of 2nd blast pot when it becomes active, and then the ending tick of the 2nd pot). I imagine this would still work if more people threw their pots, you would end up with 1 active pot for 18 seconds, and then a succession of starting/ending ticks as each subsequently placed blast pot becomes the 'active' pot. rather than a tick every 3 seconds as it should be. **Steps to reproduce the problem:** press Get to da choppa while you're in the air to instantly end the channel. Have 2 people throw blast pots at a target, one just after the other (like 0.5 seconds after).
