DescriptionReporter: sioding

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Some NPC´s ( i assume only if they have some abilities ) getting snared if you pull them without any reason. That's a possible buff for all ranged classes against melee classes. NPC's without self abilities don't get this snare effect.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Pull a NPC with and without self ability and run away from him.

It has been like this for a while. I noticed that when you don't move, they don't get snared even if you are far away. It only happens when you move while they try to get to you, so it probably has to do with recalculating their pathing.
