Summary	0015783: [Combat] rvr, pvp.
Description	Reporter: Killham Combat stacking on character even if you not in fight, like forever, you can't edit tactic or switch tactics set, or use war report, health regen doesnt work too, also you dont have yourself pump of morale in this pseudocombat but get the morale pump if some healer start healing you. Bug disappearing after character death.
