Summary	0015847: Having 2 city roll bag on eatch phase.
Description	Reporter: Layinolias Hello. A player from my guild had the opportunity, despite him having 2 rolls on 2 different cities. I explain the process to get there, at least what it is before and which gives him the opportunity to have these 2 draws on each phase. 1- be grouped in WB not complete 2- the lead tag for the sc 3- we are not full so we all left the queue to take other players from the guild 4- receive the invitation for the scenario without having tagged again 5- do not be among those who got this tag without queuing (we lost some players in the process) 6- try to stand in line by staying in the wb, but not being able because you are not a group leader 7- leave from the wb, try to take the queue but still can't 8- log out and log in to try to join solo (that works) 9- enter the scenario and receive 1 rolls for the capital in which we are and have one more roll for each finish of another capital in progress so 6 rolls.
