Summary0015876: Cannot claim second sentinel jewel.

I just finished my influence for BB/BE for my sentinel jewel, and afaik you're supposed to get two jewels, one from each influence guy. But for whatever reason after grabbing my first one when I tried to grab the second it seemed to bug out and just didn't go into my bag, also it doesn't show up anymore as the final reward at the INF guys or in my TOK. If it matters I forgot to OPEN my bag before clicking claim on the second INF guy. I don't really need a second one but its bugging me so I decided to report it and hoping I could maybe get this fixed for my OCD. P.S ingame name is Goremagala.

Same issue on the Zealot. My influence bars for BB and BE got out of sync so I completed the BB inf first and claimed the ring. I then maxed out the BE bar and the elite rewards are missing (identical to the screenshot above).

Still not possible to get 2nd ring at Destro side. And Possible at Order side.
This is pretty bad impact on whole faction.
Let's say I could have 2 rings: 1 for super-talis and another for regular. Or 2 different talis and swap depending on situation.

It is possible to get 2 rings as Destro
For that:
Pick one copy at one vendor, then do not log-off and do not equip 1st ring, go to 2nd vendor and pick 2nd ring.

I wonder if all desstro players will get 1 extra copy of Sentinel rings after this bug will be fixed.
If ever...

Bug is back on 15-05-2023 Cant get the ring on my BO on both vendors.
