With Blackguard (and probably IB too), the Hatred class mechanic often switches to zero both in UI and for calculations / skill requirements, when it actually isn't. Using any ability that generates Hatred then puts it back to what it should be.
As this bug is not only UI relevant but also prevents use and efficiency of abilities to work correctly, it should be fixed soon.
Can be tested with any blackguard character on target dummies. Keep using abilities in random order, and you see both the class mechanic UI not show any number sometimes as well as abilities that require Hatred to be used grey out and be unusable. I can't find any rule behind this bug, it seems to be completely random and happen on more or less all skills/attacks.

Tested on a dummy for 2 minutes using a mixture of builders and spenders. Hatred never showed, or was classed as 0.

If you're still able to replicate this, using a default UI without addons. Please record a video and comment and I will reopen.

Here is one minute of clicking random abilities on the dummy. You can clearly see that Enraged Beating sets Hatred to 10 for a split second every time, and how at least 3 times my Hatred vanishes for almost a full second, once on Murderous Wrath, once on Taunt, and once on Deflect Oil (lol), so even on abilities that have absolutely nothing to do with the class mechanic.
