Summary	0016740: Dragged Sov/Warlord abilities often not working
Description	Reporter: bosli42 If I drag my Warlord granted ability on my action bar, it often can't be used. The TOL addon announces it as if it's used and I can see a cooldown timer appear for a split second, but the skill doesn't activate.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:11 reporter ~0031173	Commenter: bosli42 I'm almost certain that it doesn't matter and is the same with all (just barely anyone using full set), but: - Blackguard - Warlord 8p "Desolation" - Morale Drain -> does not need a target or anything - use it in SCs once by either clicking or dragging to action bar, often doesn't work anymore at all during that SC
