i do not believe this bug is tied to the other one I recently posted because this has been around for a while, when joining an SC as an uplevel, on your skillbar it shows as your buffs are currently running, but they aren't. making it easy to forget to rebuff yourself when joining. in the SS notice on skillbar it shows my covenant is running, and under my buff list it isn't there.
