Summary	0016824: Draining Swipe - Tactic not usable at current level. (25)
Description	Reporter: nfons Currently Level 25, which allows me to get Draining swipe on the savagery line. HOWEVER, every time i try to use it, it says "Player level too low". I can however switch to Guillotine and use that skill fine. So its not anything level related.
