Commenter: RennHoek Shamans are much more reliant on HoTs than the other heal classes. Vanq has an "On heal" AP proc that was designed on purpose. I hope that was the same intention as with Sov. While underwhelming for the other healers, it is vital for any sham doing more than spamming group heal at endgame. |
