Commenter: Blaqwar I believe this happens when the morale you use doesn't fire properly and the client applies the cooldown to it but not the other morales. At least whenever this happens to me I know that the morale I tried to use previously goes on cd but has no effect due to lag/client issues. |

Commenter: Tazo83 i tested and experienced that bug for many times with different morale on many different classes also the same happened while using the loner tactic on WL/Squiq when trying to spam the jump ability on enemy target sometime the the jump ability also get on cooldown while the loner tactic is equiped and it should never have a cooldown from using that tactic and i believe the reason behind this is the same reason Blaqwar mentioned above the client applies cooldown on the ability/morale due to lag issue i can get a video of this morale / ability getting on cooldown |
