Summary	0017052: Kotbs ability not lingering
Description	Reporter: darkt1981 Tested this with a other players kotbs also. The tool tip of "Now's our change!": The effect lingers for 12 sec after you stop using this ability. Effect: As soon as you disable it, the debuff gets removed from the target and yourself, so it doesnt linger for 12 sec. Please fix the lingering effect so it stays active for 12 sec on people that where effected around you after you disable it. thanks inadvance,
