**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
I bought a tactic (Fuel To The Fire). I expected to be able to equip it and use it.
The tactic is equip-able, but has no effect due to a bug that says I am too low level to use it.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Go to the Career Trainer. Put three points into the Path of Immolation tree. Put 1 point into the Fuel To The Fire ability. Click train. Open tactics list. Observe the bug.

First Image: Ability says it is a level 14 ability before putting a point into it.
Second Image: After purchasing it and clicking train, the ability text changes and the level changes to 15.
Third Image: Mousing over the tactic in the tactics list, you can see the message "This ability is not usable at your current level". You can clearly see that the ability says "Level 15", and I am level 15. So, either the ability level text is wrong, or the ability is restricting because of level even though I am high enough to use it.
Forth Image: I can still equip it. However, it has no effect on my Boil Blood ability as it is supposed to.
