Summary	0017220: [SW] Guerrilla Training AP cost reduction
Description	Reporter: Bejkon GT currently only applies the 25% AP cost reduction to the TTs, not to the actual use of abilities. How to replicate: Use abilityX without GT slotted(or simply after sitting in the same stance for more than 5s). Use abilityX again while making sure the GT proc is up. Note that abilityX drains the same amount of AP in both the above scenarios. Again, abilityX TT would suggest the tactic lowers cost while the proc is up, yet it doesnt. Speed part of the proc works fine FYI. /Bejk
