**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
When you use ability and it goes on cooldown it should get registered in combat log, as its damage ability and CC aswell.
Ability here used is Pistol Whip which is WH ability, which require to be behind target, it does damage and knockdowns target unless its immune.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
do combat, maybe channel ability is interrupting it
