Summary	0017824: Git To Da Choppa in Bastion Stairs dungeon
Description	Reporter: kharn227 Expected behavior and actual behavior: GTDC does not affect enemies ONLY in Bastion and Target Dummies in IC. Checked PvE outside Praag WC, BB/BE dungeons, low level IC NPCs. Only Bastion and Target Dummies seem to be broken. Steps to reproduce the problem: Go to bastion and use GTDC. ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:18 reporter ~0033215	Commenter: 5119ror I sometimes farm the level 40~41 Khorne soldiers outside BE in the Khorne war quarters on my choppa and have noticed that GTDC does not affect these NPCs as well. Lotsa Choppin, Wild Choppin, Bring It On, Yer All Bleedin Now all work on them (I don't think I have tested Wot's Da Rush?), but GTDC does not.
