Summary	0018081: Sovereign 7th Bonus for the choppa
Description	Reporter: Tazo83 today I acquired 7th item of the Sovereign set for my choppa and i was testing the 7th bonus ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/42385505/99146039-7c216000-2685-11eb-8a2a-c86f112c1238.png) been hitiing the dummy for 10 min I don't see any new proc on me or any new debuff on the dummy and i have checked my crit chance while attacking it didn't change
