Both range pets have to get closet to the target to attack them than me at 100ft away.
Grunbag confirmed that ranged pets are set to 100ft, Can you check if perhaps one of the abilities or the autoattacks are not set to 100ft?

Abilties are 100ft but not AA that’s why . Not sure we can fix aa range
