Tooltip says 20 seconds, regardless if using SnB or 2H

After the ability is used, the initial cooldown says 20 seconds then **skips** ahead 10 seconds. Looks like 11 second cooldown in total. Video link below.

Another video (below) with a Knight's tactic that reduces the cooldown of their punt when using a 2H without the cooldown 'skipping' from 20 seconds to 10 seconds...

No where does it say for the Blackguard holding a 2H reduces the cooldown of the punt ability.

I initially thought the differences between the Blackguard punt and IB punt were as follows:

BG: Uses less important AP instead of Hate, at x amount of Hate is at most a very long knockback with 20 second cooldown.

IB: Costs more important Grudge to use, at x amount of Grudge is at most a medium knockback with the only benefit being a 10 second cooldown.

Not sure what you mean? There is no hate spent when using the knockback. Even if I use the punt at 30/60/90 hate the cooldown is all the same.

the duration of cd suppose to be based on how much hate you had when skill get fire (like is for lenght ); i used a wrong verb sy

I am very confident they changed the BG knockback to be 10 seconds for 2H and 20 seconds (base) for SnB. This was changed during the time they reduced the knockback cooldown of 2H Chosen and 2H KotBS. Hate only affects the range of the knockback.

as wrote it's tooltip only, the cd being changed when using 2h to 10 sec (still based on hate; so longer the punt lower the cd).

Lilim test note:
yes, the cooldown tooltip doesn't change if you switch between snb and 2h.
yes, DefVont has right, if you are using a 2h and press Exile the CD shows 20s first and switchs to 10s right after that.
