**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
When using Shroud of Magnus while in combat, the ability trigger, but action bar ability doesnt always go in cooldown state (no visible timer), resulting in inability to see when the abilities (both Shroud and Sanctified Oil in my case) are available again.
The SoM icon goes into "active ability" state with rotating white outline instead of displaying the 60s timer, on both SoM and Sanctified Oil.
The opposite is not true, ie. Using Sanctified Oil relic correctly triggers and displays both timers everytime.
It's I think only a visual issue (I still cant use relic abilities before the 60s cd), and when it occurs and under SoM buff, resulting "disrupt" indicators on my character become red-colored, instead of green as usual.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Use shroud of Magnus ability when in combat, and see sometimes ability not entering cd.
