Summary	0018589: Shaman sovereign ap proc and DSU
Description	Reporter: kkprfx Expected behavior and actual behavior: sovereign 7 piece bonus : On heal :10 % chance to restore 60 ap over 3" this also works on "Ey Quit Bleedin" which is a Heal overtime ability therefore a heal (it doesnt need to be a direct heal) but not on "Do sumfin Usefull". Dont know if DSU is considered only a toughness buff and not a heal and therefore it doesnt proc it but since it builds Waaagh (shaman mechanic) as a heal ability then it should also proc the set bonus..
