Summary	0018605: Cant use opener while in stealth
Description	Reporter: Kythas01 <!-- Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported the issue first, and please don't report duplicates. Only ONE issue in a report. Don't forget screens or a video. --> Expected behavior and actual behavior: Occasionally while in stealth, the stealth ability will start to show a cooldown even though you are still stealthed. You will not be able to use an opener attack during this period or click the ability to leave stealth. (Yes I still have enough AP to use an opener) Steps to reproduce the problem: Not sure reliable repro yet, but usually happens during a long stealth. But it just has the stealth ability only go into cooldown. As if you just left stealth. But you are actually still in stealth, but your openers wont trigger anymore as the ability system thinks that you left stealth.
