Summary	0019282: Shaman - Geddoff! ability - Level requirement
Description	Reporter: mongstad Issue: I just got the Geddoff! ability for my shaman at rank 19. I noticed the ability was lost when I sign out of the game and back in. I went to the mastery trainer and got the ability again and also took note of the combat log which states that I don't meet the level requirement to use the ability. Expected behavior and actual behavior: The ability should still be available when signing back in or not available to spec for at all if my requirements are not met. Steps to reproduce the problem: Get the ability at rank 19 for shaman. ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:28 reporter ~0035913	Commenter: lilimx Hey, what gear are you wearing? Maybe you were in a zone where you get bolstered? Because actually it's not a bug. When you reach lvl 21 you will have a total of 6 mastery ability points for your trees. And that's the exact amount to reach "Geddoff!" If you wearing Obliterator or Challanger you can maybe use this skill with lvl 20, due to the set bonus.

I noticed the ability didn't disappear from my bar this time when I signed in, but the error message still shows in the combat log when I use the ability. Maybe ability got lost after bolster from scenarios.. I'm not sure.
