**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Once applying the Obsessive Focus ability, all damage done to that target should be increased by 10%. The first tick of any sorc dot when applying obsessive focus increases damage by 10%. However, the remaining ticks deal 10% less damage compared to base-damage when they should deal 10% more damage. Hence your dots end up doing about 20% less damage than they are supposed to do, a massive difference. This applies to all sorc dots, including other dots not demonstrated in the video, e.g. absorb vitality. See video attached.
(On a side-note, 7-piece SOV indicates that the Focused Affliction proc should increase damage by 5%, upon testing, the proc gives rise to a 4% damage increase instead. This can also be seen in the video.)
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Apply any sorc dot which ticks more than once, e.g. chillwind, on training construct (make sure it is not under any debuffs). Record base-damage value. Apply obsessive focus for "10% extra damage". Reapply chillwind and see how the damage increases around 10% for first tick, but is reduced by around 20% from this value for the remaining ticks. Repeat with all other sorc dots.
Chillwind Base damage: 208
Chillwind+Obsessive Focus 1st tick: 226
Chillwind+Obsessive Focus Remaining ticks: 187
Also, damage is not increased by 10%, but 8.65% (not sure what might be causing interference, perhaps bloodlord weapon?) meanwhile lost dps is pretty much exactly 10%.
