**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
**Expected:** During City Siege stage 3, when fighting in the I.C. Throne room, players will hit a barrier if punted and remain in the arena.

**Actual behavior:** As the Destro Tank Champion, I was punted off the side and out of bounds. After falling for some time, I was teleported back to the Destruction spawn, still alive, and still as a Champion. The PQ did not update, so order was unable to damage the lord and I was impervious within the spawn area.

The timer at 10 minutes would still circumvent this bug, but it could be used to waste people's time -- in this case, I stepped back out into the fight and allowed myself to be killed so things could progress.

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
The barrier appears to function in most locations in the throne room, but there must be at least one spot where it does not. I was standing near the Destruction side of the middle bridge when the first punt happened, and I was punted West/Southwest.

1. Image of the rough location I was standing when Punted. (This is taken in regular IC and not the actual city fight.)
2. Image of the fight / chat after the bug occurred for minor proof. (Just chat log.) This is just for reference, and is also not far from the location I was at when punted.

Adding that there may be one additional location where players can become stuck / fall through the floor in IC Stage 3 if Destro pushes to the Order side for the final fight. (Reported in by Badolgio on RoR discord.)

Badoglio reports this can occur during Stage 3 Lord fight, though I have not tested it myself.

I was able to test and reproduce falling through the floor in the regular IC instance in this location.
