this issue has been reported for some time ago, but has been closed. I'm sure Isha's encouragement was working some weeks/months ago that the hole party has get a HoT...
**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
The "Isha's Encouragement" tactic does only hot the secondary target, not hot the entire party when applied in conjunction with "Aphoteosis" and a debuff is removed. "Aphoteosis" works fine.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
fix the behavior or update the tooltipp

see Anthara and Runold are in the same party and are standing near. Aphoteosis will remove a debuff from both, but Isha's encouragement is only applied to Anthara. This behavior is reproduceable.
