Summary	0019398: Vision of Torment can be disrupted/blocked twice
Description	Reporter: Caduceus42 Hello, The Sorc spell Vision of Torment can be disrupted twice. Once upon the application of the spell, and once when the final damage is applied. I think this is not working as it should, since according to this thread: https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/17388 a fix was pending for this in August of 2020. In my tests, Word of Pain is functioning properly. Thank you. Summary Expected behavior: After Vision of Torment is applied, the damage can no longer be avoided unless cleansed or immunities are in place. Actual behavior: Vision of Torment can be disrupted/blocked upon both the application of the spell as well as the damage application that follows 5 seconds after.
