Summary0019410: Quest from Grumlok in ic (banner after keep takes)

Both quest from Grumlok in IC require you to get the banner from t2 and t3 quest but those old warhamemr live banner dont spawn after keep lord get kill (at least in t2, may aswell check t3 spawn) ; either change both quest to lock keep instead click banner or make banner pop on kill. (if im not mistake there are quest like this for t4 aswell and they got fix some years ago, same problem)
