ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:28 reporter ~0036215	Commenter: CrimsonFenris Actually it might be intended : I found out "named" procs are triggering with AoE (thus can apply to multiple targets at once), while "unamed" ones, as the Sov procs, are only triggering on your selected target.

ReturnOfReckoning 2023-08-13 04:28 reporter ~0036217	Commenter: Tesq they always tried to limit them so is likely to be intended (and the main reason why all these proc on sov so high suck, aoe proc should be balanced to be on aoe set and st proc should be balanced to be st set, anyother way and its basically alway better mix sets exept on tanks).
