Commenter: CrimsonFenris Could not provide a video but it happened twice, both in PvE dwarf zones, doing new PQ/mob kill quests. Once in BFP, and shortly after that, in Badlands. I'll try to remember everything, since I couldn't reproduce after my relog : - First Running with tactics set n°2 : Blessing of Grungni, Ancestor's echo, Swift runes, Regenerative shielding. - Got buffed with Oath Rune of Power, and the event's rock pocket item. No other visible buff. - Under rune of Breaking the whole time (mode DPS on) - Teleported into Badlands wc, took the PvE road to north - Switched my tactic set to n°4 : Ancestor's echo, Divine Fury, Regenerative shielding, Ancestral Inheritance - My Oath rune dropped off (I recast it right after iirc) after tactic switching (usual behavior) - Then the bug appeared : switching tactic set again and trying to switch rune of breaking off/on did not solve the issue of skills blocked. I can detail my stuff too if you think it can be related (also got the Pocket keg equipped if any help). |

Commenter: CrimsonFenris Could not reproduce bug either (tried 3 times), maybe it's related to previous effect from mobs I fought (like the "silence" effect from Kadrin Bats), wich incorrectly trigger under this conditions. The effect was similar to Gunbad Snotlings disabling (with the Chipfang snotling on right wing), except it only affected healing skills, as explained before. I can try again after another fight with bats to see if its related. About gear, I didnt remember I still had the Event Stone on my character (was on last days/hours iirc, now it's gone anyway), only "new" stuff was the Pocket Keg from KaK quest. |

This issue is being closed as it should be fixed in the new ability system. Please create a new issue if this is not the case. |
