Don't forget screens or a video. --> **Expected behavior and actual behavior:** It seems that both skills are getting wrong damage values and/or not scaling at all with stats. Testing has been done with Target dummies at 990 BS on the Herder. Spore cloud is supposed to deal about 10% more damage than Goop Shootin' yet it deals half of that value, not even crits deal as much as a regular goop hit. Tooltip damage=545 Actual damage=277 "He's a big 'un" tactic damage=STILL 277 Goop Shootin' on the other hand seems to do about 10% less damage than what its supposed to be doing, tactic increases the damage to the tooltip value but it should be higher given the scaling of stats.
