Summary0019874: AM tactic ''Isha's Encoragement''
DescriptionReporter: Schett

<!--
Issues should be unique. Check if someone else reported
the issue first, and please don't report duplicates.

-->

**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Isha's Encouragement stack with itself, so if you have Wispering Winds or Chop Fasta you can spam cleanse and have multiple procs of the tactic heal.
It should be expected that tactics don't stack with itself from same caster

**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Cleanse off cd with Isha's Encouragement to get multiple procs

**Testing Screenshots/Videos/Evidences (always needed):**

I don't have a shaman to test the shaman tactic that is similar, but it's probably bugged as well if someone could check

Here is 2 procs, the tactic heal every 3sec, and here you can see it healed within 1sec, so both procs are healing

tactic always stacked with itself , it's the way it work, or cleanse twice would result in 1 effect being wasted.

duno how does it work with cd reduction spam and if there is a cap tought.

Do you mean just this tactic or tactics in general?
If tactics in general stack, then I would like to see all tactics to follow same pattern like Taste of Blood on WE :D

I agree with you, it does what it says.

Should I start to bug report the tactics that don't stack with itself then?
You have tactics that say it have a 3sec cd, which is understandable if it don't stack.
But then you have other tactics for example ''Any time you take damage, there is a 25% chance that you will cause 15% more damage for 10sec''.

Going with the logic that this tactic is correct, then all other tactics should stack as well, that have similar wording as this tactic.

There should be a standard of knowing what tactic are supposed to stack with itself and which shouldn't.

Another example is Wildfire, it should also stack with itself then ''When an enemy is hit by any Conflagration ability, there is a 25% chance that they will become covered in flames, receving 400 Elemental dmg over 5sec''

"when" is not "if" +"it will also" they are prahsed differently. Can be similar to a yu-gi-oh ruling thing but well...solution likely in the mid, the cd increase always pose problems and make stuff op; simply cap to 2 the stack would suffice.
