-->Hey, its me again your friendly neighborhood bug catcher. So in T1 Elf and Empire ? dwarf the BO's are not staying capped. they stay capped for around 5-6 min before they reset back to neutral. i've been keeping an eye on it for about 20 min.
then i went over to dwarf and the same thing is happening here. with supplys that are getting dropped off dont seem to be leveling the zone up.
**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
They are meant to stay capped until destro capture the BO. and supplys are meant to level up a zone
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Come Join me in T1 Elf. or any other T1 zone
