**Expected behaviour:**
As a shadow warrior, when I enter an RVR lake, my stats are boosted and my selected tactic "No quarter" is applied to my existing stance without disabling it.
**Actual behaviour:**
As a shadow warrior, when I enter the RVR lake, my stats are boosted, the tactic "No quarter" is not applied and my action bar is disabled.
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
1. Login as a shadow warrior (sub 40 level).
2. Equip "No quarter" as a tactic.
3. Select "Scout" stance and check tooltip description. It states:
"Eagle Eye" - 1s cast time
"Festering Arrow" - 2s cast time
4. Fire at a mob and check cast times. They reflect the tooltip description.
5. Enter RVR lake. The action bar is disabled and a stance is selected.
6. Check tooltip description. It states:
"Eagle Eye" - 2s cast time
"Festering Arrow" - 3s cast time
7. Cast skills at an enemy. They reflect the tooltip.
