**Expected behavior and actual behavior:**
Expected behaviour: Front of the shield has some sort of texture, design.
Actual behaviour: Shield is blank and fully white
**Steps to reproduce the problem:**
Go to the shadowlands (tier 2)
Go to the Hard PQ "The Griffon Gate" (7.5k 63k)
See that npc's have textureless shields
