Summary	0021100: Public Quest War Tokens
Description	War token gains from public quest gains are bugged.Did couple of public quests and gained some gold bags but the amount of war tokens gained from bag differs from the amont recieved! Example: Gold Bag gave 45 war tokens but instead i got just 5 Same happened with other colored bags on various other public quests!
