Summary0021225: Black Orc da greenest bellow not triggered when attack is blocked
DescriptionOn live when blocking an attack it still counts as being "hit", on PTS it doesn't seem to be the case
Steps To Reproduce1. log in black orc
2. Learn "Cant hit me" skill and "stop hitting da runts" tactic from masteries
3. slot the tactic
4. activate da greenest bellow
5. grab a lot of mobs (i tested it in Blind justice PQ in eataine, just south of destro WC)
6. use "cant hit me" skill

result: bellow seems to only trigger on attacks that deal damage, not on blocked ones, you can see your AP draining due to use of "Cant hit me" skill
expected result: bellow should be triggered by blocked attacks as well, which should result in your AP being restored by the tactic, and you should be able to use "Can't hit me" pretty much indefinitely due to that

The bellow is only supposed to trigger when taking damage.

The tooltip also states that it is only when you are hit, not on being attacked.

Reopening it because I just wanted to say that if that's the case, then its quite significant nerf to black orcs and should 100% be added to patch notes here: https://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=51417
